About the Artist
Michael "Mad Mike" Beaudry is an award-winning Canadian assemblage artist who transforms vintage tins, cameras, gauges, machine parts and industrial relics into one-of-a-kind robot sculptures. A former industrial mechanic and firefighter, Mike combines decades of mechanical know-how with imagination and storytelling, giving forgotten objects new life and personality. Based in Winnipeg, Canada, his work celebrates reinvention, resilience and the beauty of the overlooked, inviting us to see possibility in what others might discard.
